The Second Round, Quarter-Finals & Semi-Finals will be played as two best of seven leg 501 Singles matches, with both nations nominating the order in which their players play. In the event of both nations winning one Singles match apiece, a best of seven leg 501 Doubles match will be played to decide the tie.

The Final will be played as two best of seven leg 501 Singles matches, with both nations nominating the order in which their players play the first two matches, followed by a best of seven leg 501 Doubles match and then Reverse Singles matches. The first team to win three games is declared the winner.
First round
Italy could be seen as a price you could consider and i mean partially consider, as i do not rate the Gibraltar players, although they have more stage experience combined. Italy should be 6/4 as i priced the pair as 60-40 for our Gibraltar friends. Even at 8/11 it is not worth jumping over and probably worth avoiding.
I seen England are just 17/2 ON to win with some firms. Could the Dane's cause an upset? possibly, although Wagner is the only real known name representing the Dane's. Taylor and Lewis are fired up for this, and a best of 9 you would normally associate England having a potential banana skin. Taylor has been training for this and wants the World Cup back. England are 11/8 with Coral to win this by 5-1 or 5-0. Checking the total percentage of the correct score, Coral is the only bookmaker to be as close to the combined correct score. I cannot see this losing!
Taking Australia on at 1/1 -2.5 is a banker price, and i will be placing well at Coral. Sportingbet are as short as 8/11 and looking at the respective over/under 7.5 leg price, as Australia will not lose - Coral are offering 8/11 for under 7.5 legs, which in my view is essentially the same bet as the evens being given on Whitlock and Nicholson!
Day two bets (Friday) will be posted seperately!
Beyond
I stated in blog two that i expect England to get to the final, with the Netherlands with some competition with Scotland in their path. I am interested in a possible Ireland Vs Wales round two game. I expect the bookies to favour Wales around 1/2 with Ireland 2/1 and expect a 4/9 - 7/4 bookie margin pricing.
Recommendations:
England -3.5 legs - 11/8 Coral (2 pt stake - £20)
Australia - 2.5 legs - 1/1 Coral (Five star NAP - £50)
England to win the World Cup (Already advised - 15/8 Paddy Power - 3 pt stake)
