We are going to touch on a couple of areas this week. Firstly the state of the national team, being England and also a discussion on the darts.
Hodgson has a tough job! You are in prime position for the press to support or turn on you, just as the fans are. Over the years the expectation has seemingly made the players be expected to over achieve, or do they need to over achieve?
Look at the weekly salary they receive and what they have to do to earn it? There has been criticism that not enough English players are getting opportunities to play in the Premier League! The simple response here, is that observers claiming this have failed to appreciate that may be the English players are not good enough? If you were good enough, you do the simple method of competing for a place, not being handed something.
Danny Welbeck was unlucky on the Yellow card booking to miss the trip to Ukraine, but to say England have appeared heavy reliance on a player regardless of injuries/suspensions etc does suggest that there is a general lack of depth! Hearing the head of the FA issue a ten year plan suggests even he thinks England are not good enough to win the World Cup or European Championships as it stands.
England go in at 7/4 against a Ukraine team at 9/5 where any one of four teams in the group could still qualify. It is not without shadow of a doubt, that Poland have the tougher job, which will essentially make them dangerous. The draw for England may not be seen as good enough as it still leaves the door open. With Montenegro also to play, they could be a force to reckon with.
Basically England will have to win ugly, no Sturridge, no Welbeck, do not sustain the pressure any longer than necessary, get the job done, even by a goal margin of one is 13/4 with Ladbrokes and 7/4 with Stan James to win the match.
Some will argue a draw may be the outcome, and Hills are 23/10 for this. Both teams to score is 20/21 at Stan James. It is expected that under 2.5 goals will be an outcome at 4/6 with BetVictor but interestingly alot of big firms go under 2/1 for fewer than two goals. Await our tips on Monday!
Looking at the darts, there is a tourney this weekend, non-televised, so we are not covering this for www.leroysbettingtips.co.uk but will be back later this month. Details for support and access to tips are available at http://leroysbettingtips.co.uk/become-a-supporter-of-this-site/
We are excited in announcing that the PDC have just released the biggest ever card for 2014 with events every month of 2014!
We are considered experts of this field with proven results, so this will hopefully be our bread and butter moving forward in sports betting!
At the time of writing, there are no prices for the German darts event for Sunday and will include as and when, so please check back.
