This midweek has the Champions League qualifying round come back around. The likes of Celtic, PSV, AC Milan and Lyon are among the teams in action. We also have a game in the Championship and some Scottish Challenge cup action.
Starting off in the Scottish Challenge cup, Dundee have the pedigree to see Forfar off being in a different league and class, hence the 2/5 SP on them. Queen of the South go to Airdree and are as short as 8/11 to see Airdree off. Queen of the South are unbeaten in the last two meetings ans has been three years since the last meeting. Airdree lost their game at the weekend, with Queen of the South managing a 3-3 draw away and should have just enough at 4/5 with Ladbrokes to take the win.
In the Championship, Wigan are just 4/6 at home to Doncaster, who are 5/1 and in some form after beating Blackburn on Friday night. Doncaster have won two games in a row now in all competition, with Wigan losing on Saturday by a solitary goal and interestingly enough the pair have not met since 1997. Both teams to score is 9/10 with BetVictor, with Boylesports opposing at evens for one or neither team to score.
Interestingly the timing of all of the goals between the teams have occurred after the 30th minute, so backing time of first goal at BetVictor is 23/20 for the first goal after 27 minutes, which is a shade of value on the stats obtained.
In the Champions League Celtic are big at 5/4 in Kazakhstan after putting on a good display and will not want to be complacent in looking to seal the deal in the first leg. The Scottish Champions are more than capable of winning at 5/4 with Betfred and William Hill and a mere 3/10 to qualify,
